The Nepo Council is made up of 8 members who are the highest decision makers on the Nepo Anegelis planet, each member was a chosen representative from each element. The council is responsible for carrying out the will of the Primordial Majin and it also decides the direction Nepo Anegelis should take.
The Nepo Council is now disbanded.
